Customer service is terrible. All questions a worker took very personal and was answering the same way. Pick up time was 8:00-18:00. The package was picked up after 18:00. A guy, who came to pick up the package didn’t want to go inside my building. He wanted me to bring it down to him. I can’t leave my small children alone in apartment and I can’t carry this package by myself, that’s why I ordered pick up. Ten minutes later he came inside and took it. Few days later I’ve got a massage that my package weighs more than I wrote and I need to pay more, or the package will be not shipped. I paid. When the package arrived to the recipient, it was weighed again and the weight was exactly as a wrote in package information. So The second time I paid for nothing.This experience could be much better, but customer service just doesn’t need it. Just regret I didn’t choose another company and waisted my time and my money.
