Horrible company!
I sent glass from UK and received it in Russian shattered in small pieces.
The box was completely ruined, like someone on purpose smashed it with something.
Company refused to take responsibility blaming me for not packing it properly.

In general, I am almost satisfied with the company's work this time. The only negative point was that the collection of correspondence was not carried out the first time. I had to write an additional letter and demand that the item be collected again.
They assisted me throughout all the process, from the initial guidance into which delivery channel to use (EMS) to the actual final delivery.Reading a 14% of negative reviews, honestly at first I was a bit cautious, but then I decided to trust them, and I have to say I have been fully repaid.Maybe it's because people are more willing to write complaints, than positive reviews 😅.Anyway, delivery times have been approximately on schedule, and the tracking was very punctual and reliable.I am happy I found them, I will certainly recommend them to my friends.
