Above all, they do not say whether your problems will be solved or avoided in the future. We make several shipments with excellent results most of the time. But like this last time, the shipment arrived outside the maximum time stated at the time of purchasing the service, about three times the time it normally takes. The package went through customs in a country that is not the destination country (clearly a carrier error) and then was sent back to the right country. For assistance, no errors! When we prepare a shipment, we scrupulously adhere to the limitations imposed by the carrier and the customs of the destination country. Sending goods to other countries could lead to an infringement not wanted by us with probable damages, seizures or sanctions. You should take your customers' reports into serious consideration in order to avoid similar risks a priori. Instead, your assistance sends everything back to the sender as if this were normal!!!
