I sent documents from Germany to Russia via Topparcel. One month later, the documents have not been delivered. Furthermore, no one knows where they are.As requested by Topparcel, I dropped off the documents at GLS drop off point with the provided shipment details. Parcel was picked up from there and then disappeared. Since then no news.I as a customer don't care who lost the documents up the chain – I have paid for the whole delivery. But that's not even the main problem. The main problem is that I had to always contact Topparcel so they do something. It looked like that:- Hey Topparcel, what's up with my order?- It has never been delivered to our warehouse- Could you please ask GLS where it is?- YesThen comes a week of silence. I have to ping them again. I call GLS who tells that a request has been submitted but they wait for some info from Topparcel still. The last time I took contact I explained in detail how important those documents are and that I at least need to know if the documents are there and can still come or they are lost"We have forwarded your message to our German colleagues". In the meanwhile, German colleagues haven't reached out to me ever since and it's been more than a week now. AgainThanks for nothing One positive thing compared to other reviews about Topparcel was that the customer support did answer more or less quickly. Usually the communication was not good enough (or missing completely) when it came down to the German part
