This is how they lost my parcel: After picking up my parcel, I did not receive any tracking number. I wrote to them several emails, and they replied that “it was normal: the tracking number is assigned by the actual courier, and they were still waiting for it. I insisted that it was NOT normal that many days after the shipment still there was no tracking number, inviting them to take actions. They started to investigate after weeks. And guess what… the parcel is lost.I am convinced that if they were inquiring much sooner, there were many more chances to find it.Furthermore: the parcel was insured. But they did not pay anything because they are passively waiting that the courier officially declares the parcel as lost. So, three months after the shipment, I lost the parcel and I had no insurance payment.
