Awful, unhelpful company. I would never trust them again. They do not keep promises, they do not answer messages or phone calls. As far as I can see they have lost my parcel and do not care. They promised that their courier would bring labels with him, then blamed me for not putting labels on the parcel! A slightly cheaper price is not worth the stress caused by an untrustworthy business.
