I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered on December 21st with a promised 2-day shipping for Christmas. Unfortunately, the order didn't arrive by December 31st, and the company is unwilling to refund the extra shipping costs I incurred. I will not be purchasing from this service again.
