Bought 10 holiday tins of 2026 Topps Series 1. All the corners on the cards are compromised. I messaged and emailed the company regarding these defective cards. I haven't heard anything back. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying these cards, if they're damaged or defective, you're screwed!

Very dissatisfied with customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered on December 21st with a promised 2-day shipping for Christmas. Unfortunately, the order didn't arrive by December 31st, and the company is unwilling to refund the extra shipping costs I incurred. I will not be purchasing from this service again.

Terrible customer service experience

This service has the worst customer support I've encountered. I placed an order on December 21st with a promise of 2-day shipping for Christmas. Disappointed with false advertising

I purchased a set on November 2, 2025, during the initial promotion. After waiting over 30 days with multiple unreasonable delays, they even said my order was eligible for cancellation due to the delays. This feels like false advertising and a scam to hold on to customer funds. I won't do business like this again. I wouldn't recommend this service due to their irresponsible customer support and lack of professionalism. Don't waste your time or money!

Disappointing product quality

I spent nearly $70 on a box of baseball cards and received a defective case hit that was all scratched. I returned it, but they refused to replace it, claiming it wasn't damaged, even though it was severely scratched.

My brother's favorite!

Honestly, I don’t think anyone loves these cards more than my brother. He's always asking for them and can't stop talking about how his favorite is going to win rookie of the year. One morning, he even woke up just to share his dream of meeting him! Thank you!

Overcharging customers in Canada

You charge $100 for products in Canada without any guarantee of receiving a hit. This is unacceptable. I urge others to boycott this service until they address these issues.
