Steer clear of this company. They provided a vehicle that was unclean and with a fuel tank that was not full, missing about 8 liters in a 55-liter tank. I documented everything with timestamped photos and videos: images of the tachometer before driving and again after only 4 kilometers, along with the fuel gauge. After just 4 kilometers, nearly an entire fuel bar was already gone. Upon return, I informed them about this issue, and the representative asked me to send my evidence via email. I complied. Initially, one of their employees acknowledged the mistake and apologized, offering a discount on the next rental. However, I insisted on a refund since I do not reside in the region. Once I did that, the company shifted its stance and began using anonymous generic emails, avoiding direct communication despite my messaging their leadership. They then claimed their internal records indicated the tank was full at the handover—something that cannot be objectively verified. They also mentioned that the model I rented supposedly has a “non-linear” fuel gauge—without any prior technical documentation or warning at the time of rental. Despite my evidence, they refused to refund even €11. If they deny payment in such a straightforward, well-documented situation, imagine the outcome in a real dispute. Steer clear of this company. Additionally, I had to wait an hour to receive the car while two customers were ahead of me at check-in. Their contracts are also filled with odd conditions and hidden liabilities: you can be held responsible for cleaning (i.e., returning the car clean, which no other standard rental company requires), charged for arbitrary issues, and subjected to vague rules that seem to always favor them. As I said, avoid them.
