After that distance, nearly an entire fuel bar was depleted. Upon returning the vehicle, I informed them of the issue, and the representative requested I send my evidence via email, which I did. Initially, one of their employees acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and offered a discount on my next rental. However, when I requested a refund instead, as I do not reside in the area, the company changed its stance and began responding from anonymous email addresses, despite my attempts to reach out to specific leadership members. They claimed their internal records indicated the tank was full at handover, which is unprovable. They also mentioned that the model I rented has a “non-linear” fuel gauge, without providing any technical details or warnings during the rental process. Despite having clear evidence, they refused to refund even €11. If they are unwilling to address such a straightforward, well-documented issue, I can only imagine how they handle more serious disputes. Steer clear of this service. Additionally, I had to wait an hour to receive the car due to two customers ahead of me—very "efficient". Their contracts are riddled with strange conditions and hidden liabilities; you might be held responsible for cleaning the car, which is not standard in the industry, and charged for arbitrary issues, facing vague rules that always favor the company. Exceptional service! I rented three times from a certain company linked to another service at the airport over the past three months. The service was always quick and efficient (I was particularly impressed by one representative). On two occasions, I received an upgrade without even asking. Given the rainy autumn weather in the region, the rental representatives were very understanding, advising me to just return the car with a clean interior and not to worry too much about the exterior. The return process was very fast. An added bonus: when leaving the car park, the vehicle passes through a high-definition multi-camera spot that captures hundreds of high-resolution photos, documenting any existing defects. This provides complete peace of mind. I will continue to rent from them during my frequent visits.
A total scam! You will never actually pay the advertised price! Just look at other reviews; no one ever does! They are deceiving customers and laughing about it. I was charged €78 for Collision Waiver when the booking indicated €20. When I returned and questioned it, another employee laughed and acknowledged that I was charged incorrectly but showed no concern. When I asked why my Full Collision Waiver was not truly full protection, I was told it was only partial insurance and that I would need to pay more for full coverage. She then made up a price and charged me because I had no other choice. When I asked where this price was stated, she claimed it was her computer price. The car itself was in terrible condition: the screen wouldn’t turn on, it had a flat tire, and all the electronics were malfunctioning, preventing me from using my phone as a navigation device.
