The staff were excellent and the car was in great condition. However, returning the vehicle was challenging as we couldn't locate the return area and had to make several calls for directions. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes to return the car, causing us to miss baggage check-in, which resulted in an additional cost of 60 euros. Unfortunately, we also lost all our toiletries since our bag was treated like hand luggage and discarded. The airport staff were quite rude due to our delays. We barely made the final call, or we would have been stranded. The company is reliable, but having only one representative at the desk to assist multiple customers is inadequate, especially when one customer took 15 minutes to be served. Otherwise, this experience would have definitely earned a 5-star rating. I'll be back in February, so I know what to expect.
