We rented a car for three weeks. Everything was wonderful — it was one of the best car rental experiences we’ve had in Europe. We used the car for a trip to Romania, and the staff prepared all the documents quite quickly and without any problems. Just be aware that you need to purchase vignettes and pay for bridge crossings yourselves, but this didn’t become an issue at all.

I received excellent service. The shuttle picked us up from the airport on time. Check-in was quick, despite the line. I received the exact car I ordered, in excellent condition and clean. Returning it was just as quick. The company's team is young and very friendly. Everything was top-notch. I'm sure I'll use their services again.
Great service. Rented a big 9 person van. A day before arrival got a mail that the car isn't avvailable but after a short back and forth every thing got fixed. The car was clean and ready for us. At drop off it takes a bit longer than usual but nothing that cant be managrd with a 10 min. time planning. Will rent again for sure.
The vehicle struggles with even a slight amount of snow. On the second day of the rental, a wrench warning light showed up on the dashboard. The rear wiper blade detached, and during light rain, the rear wiper would often activate on its own, risking scratches on the rear window. Additionally, the left rear light ceased functioning.
Overall a very positive experience. However, one area for improvement is that we had to wait over 15 minutes outside in the cold for the shuttle upon arrival. It would have been preferable if it had come sooner or if we had been informed to wait inside until the transfer arrived.
The entire process was incredibly straightforward. Traveling can often be a source of stress, so having no concerns about the car rental made a significant difference!
The shuttle service to and from the airport to the main location was smooth and welcoming. The vehicle was precisely what I asked for and in excellent condition. I would gladly recommend this service anytime!
The staff were excellent and the car was in great condition. However, returning the vehicle was challenging as we couldn't locate the return area and had to make several calls for directions. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes to return the car, causing us to miss baggage check-in, which resulted in an additional cost of 60 euros. Unfortunately, we also lost all our toiletries since our bag was treated like hand luggage and discarded. The airport staff were quite rude due to our delays. We barely made the final call, or we would have been stranded. The company is reliable, but having only one representative at the desk to assist multiple customers is inadequate, especially when one customer took 15 minutes to be served. Otherwise, this experience would have definitely earned a 5-star rating. I'll be back in February, so I know what to expect.
