I ordered a foholo f19 about 8 months ago and was having problems with it starting and the screen not working and reached out to the company they asked for pics and videos which I gave them and all I got was a run around and told me to watch their youtube video to fix the issue . I did and it was working for awhile, which now the scooter battery was faulty from the get go and burned up the whole inside of that battery compartment . Now im out 1500. I am really upset with this business. I spent 1500 dollars for this scooter which I spent another 900 for another scooter . I would be careful before buying from this company they don't like to help and follow their warranty. If I could rate a zero I would. From that problem and them not helping almost burnt down my apartment from charging and the problem being a faulty battery.
