I have had this scooter for over a year now, using it for about 500 miles. It gets moderate use, but as someone who works on cars, I ensure it’s well maintained. The battery is cycled frequently, and I avoid overcharging. Maintenance has been straightforward; I just regularly check the bolts and tire pressure. For around $1,000, it's hard to find a better scooter. A friend of mine uses it as his main ride, and I got it for my wife since she didn’t have a car. It offers a top speed of 47 mph and a solid range for its battery size. When I faced issues, the support team was quick and helpful. We plan to continue using it for years, especially as we shift to full-time van life. If you're on the fence, just go for it—it's a great deal that you won't regret.
Quick shipping time, unboxed it & been riding it every since, got over 265 miles on it, I'm clearing land for home & it on site often & handles the terrain awesome, it's quick & fun at the local all terrain ride park, I love it & highly recommended it !!!
I've been wanting to test out the customer service abilities of this company and thought that I would start testing on day one with probably several problems I would have upon my F 15 arrival. After all, it was such a great bargain for the price. I now have over 1,300 miles on my Foholo F15 and HAVEN'T HAD ANY ISSUES!! No issues upon arrival and no issues since!How can I test customer service when nothing ever goes wrong!Well, at least I finally had a flat tire. The web site was easy to use and I easily ordered my new 12" tire. The shipping was free so I thought it would come in a couple of weeks. It arrived in a few days. The tire replacement process was the easiest I've ever completed. Wow, that was too easy, TopRiding.So, I STILL cannot tell you about customer service. So far I've never needed their services.
It came quickly had extra tools and brake pads I wish it had hand warmers and I could switch just the headlights on not have to use the leds and headlights. Goes like snot. More tire options would be nice. But good value for money overall

I am still struggling to find the seat installation instruction. The scooter is great though! I just have a long commute and it would be nice to sit down every once in awhile.
