Initially, I received the incorrect jacket; I had ordered the white fur version but was sent the blue fur instead. I contacted customer support and spoke with a representative who offered me the choice of returning the jacket at no cost for an exchange or receiving a 15% refund, which totaled $105. Although I would have preferred the white fur, I found the blue option acceptable and appreciated the fairness of the resolution. The representative was very helpful. Thank you!
