They sent a replacement, but it didn't fit either. 2.) Switching to a different manufacturer resulted in immediate success. 3.) Their comment about communication difficulties is deceptive. My installer attempted to communicate but received no responses. 4.) Their assertion about my installer not communicating is completely false. In the end, I lost around $2000 and still don't have a functioning top. I simply requested a refund of over $500, but both the service and the manufacturer have ghosted me. I did have positive interactions with two representatives, but the real issues arose when the technician got involved. They should consider finding a new manufacturer. I regret not researching beforehand; I would have learned about the product's poor reputation. I hope my review prevents others from facing similar issues.
