Repeated Delivery Issues

This marks the third instance of a delivery being sent to the incorrect address. The first time, the items were delivered to the wrong house, forcing me to drive to retrieve them. The second delivery was also sent to a different house entirely. Today, some items were missing from the delivery. When I called for clarification, I was informed that the items had been delivered, but once again, not to my address. Additionally, the delivery times are never adhered to. What's the purpose of scheduling a delivery window if it's not honored?

Delivery issues persist

Disappointing customer support experience

Edit: I encourage anyone to search for a 1989 model online and check the "top with window" section. The details provided there outline purchasing options and what to expect. In addition to the misleading information on the website, why wasn't I informed of this when I received a reply to my email? I was simply instructed to call. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience the customer service that others have mentioned. Their site claims I could order a specific part of the convertible top, which comes in two sections. I emailed asking for a quote for just the window section. Instead, I was given a phone number and told to call. When I did, I was informed that the tops are not sold separately and the only option was a complete top costing over $1000. The website suggests one thing, but the response contradicts that, raising doubts about the company's reliability.

Extremely frustrating experience

My experience with this service has been terrible! We purchased a specific top and it didn't fit. They sent a replacement, and that one also didn't fit. My installer, who is highly experienced, warned me about the quality issues. After numerous calls to various professionals, they all advised against purchasing this product. Many installers said they wouldn't even install it. I spent months trying to get a refund, only to be ignored. I finally bought a different top that fit perfectly and is of much better quality. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this service. This has been the most frustrating experience during my car restoration projects. EDIT: After the company responded with mostly false claims, I want to clarify some points: 1.) They did acknowledge a warranty claim due to damage during shipping. They sent a replacement, but it didn't fit either. 2.) Switching to a different manufacturer resulted in immediate success. 3.) Their comment about communication difficulties is deceptive. My installer attempted to communicate but received no responses. 4.) Their assertion about my installer not communicating is completely false. In the end, I lost around $2000 and still don't have a functioning top. I simply requested a refund of over $500, but both the service and the manufacturer have ghosted me. I did have positive interactions with two representatives, but the real issues arose when the technician got involved. They should consider finding a new manufacturer. I regret not researching beforehand; I would have learned about the product's poor reputation. I hope my review prevents others from facing similar issues.

Frustrating shipping policy

I ordered a top for my son, who lives in a different state. They refused to ship to him because my billing address is in another location. What is the point of online ordering if this is the case? I canceled my order and will take my business elsewhere.

Unacceptable customer service

The customer service I encountered was appalling. They were dismissive and wasted my time and money. I requested a courier service, but they simply redirected me. I had fully paid for a top for my classic car, and unexpectedly, they canceled my order and refunded my money. Due to the international transaction, I lost $68, which they refused to cover. Their lack of communication turned this into my problem. Be cautious if you decide to use this service; I plan to leave negative reviews everywhere as I believe they should not be operating.
