I was assured that this was achievable and that suitable candidates were available. However, after I made the payment and interviewed the provided candidate, it became evident that while he had a general understanding of crypto, he lacked the specific experience with major exchanges as we had agreed. When I pointed out this discrepancy, the responses from the support team slowed significantly and eventually ceased, despite the funds already being taken. This left me in the position of having to chase for answers instead of receiving the service that was promised. This issue isn't about the candidate's overall ability; it's about the mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered, compounded by inadequate communication after payment. To improve this service, I suggest being transparent about the experience that can realistically be provided. Avoid vague definitions of "exchange experience" and refrain from processing payments if the stated requirements cannot be fulfilled. Additionally, prompt responses should be prioritized when clients express valid concerns. Given this experience, I wouldn't recommend this service for anyone seeking specific, high-level, real-world expertise, especially in the crypto or fintech sectors.
