My 86 year old mother made the mistake of ordering from this company. The shoes do not come "true to size". Since they come from China, as always, their stuff runs small. When the shoes came in they were too small and frankly when I saw them they definitely were not worth the money she paid for them. She wanted a larger size, but of course - they don't exchange. I own a mail and ship store. I can't tell you how many times people come in to return stuff to companies out of China. These companies don't provide labels to return them and expect the customer to pay to return it, knowing full well the shipping is too expensive and most of the time more than what they paid for the item. That's how they ensure they don't have to refund money, or exchange. BEWARE, know where your items are coming from. I wish I had known my 86 year old mother was going to order from these people - I would have stopped it!!!!
