Ordered a sprts logo rug as a Christmas gift. The images were stretched to fit, so they were elongated/distorted--not a quality image as pictured on the website. Attempted to contact via email multiple times with the company only responding once, asking for proof. Sent pictures and have never recieved further communication after following up three additional times. Would not recommend purchasing items from this website.
My 86 year old mother made the mistake of ordering from this company. The shoes do not come "true to size". Since they come from China, as always, their stuff runs small. When the shoes came in they were too small and frankly when I saw them they definitely were not worth the money she paid for them. She wanted a larger size, but of course - they don't exchange. I own a mail and ship store. I can't tell you how many times people come in to return stuff to companies out of China. These companies don't provide labels to return them and expect the customer to pay to return it, knowing full well the shipping is too expensive and most of the time more than what they paid for the item. That's how they ensure they don't have to refund money, or exchange. BEWARE, know where your items are coming from. I wish I had known my 86 year old mother was going to order from these people - I would have stopped it!!!!
Never received my product ordered on June 14th. Today is August 3rd. Klarna collected the funds, then had an unauthorized re-charge to my credit card after VISA honored the dispute and refunded the charge. So I'm still out $899 and no product.
After reading a lot of these reviews I was really scared that I’ve spent money on something that would either not receive or it doesn’t look as pictured. But my transaction was smooth and I received my tracking number within 5 business days. It took about 3 weeks to receive my custom crocs I ordered, and they looked exactly as pictured. My only issue I have is that I didn’t realize crocs run small and I hate that I can’t exchange them for a bigger size because they are super cute. And as far as what other people say that they are not located in the US. I would say that’s true because the packages are coming from China. Just wished they offered exchanges, but other than that, good product.
Just received my mystery box of gadgets. I don’t know how they have the nerve to claim it is worth £100, I wouldn’t have even paid the £10 had I known the crap I was receiving. Shame I didn’t come across these reviews before. Please avoid at all costs.
Have to agree with all your comments....it seems its a SCAM... Like many of you ordered the watch in March! Chased up this week and yep, surprise surprise no response, so annoying this can happen!!! taking peoples hard earned cash like this!!! Please do not buy from this company....so angry
