I had a disappointing experience. If you have to choose, go for a different provider. This service has old buses and significant wait times, ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. Forget about the advertised buses arriving every 10 minutes—definitely to be avoided. At every stop, I saw multiple buses from another provider while waiting for this service, which often arrived with no available seats.
