I purchased tickets for the Hop-On Hop-Off service on 19 Dec 2025, after being informed that buses would run every 15 minutes and that service would end at 7pm. After a stop at a market, we waited over an hour at the bus stop without seeing a single bus from this service, while others passed by. A staff member later told us the frequency was actually 30 minutes and that the next bus would be the last, contradicting the initial information. The bus finally arrived around 5:15pm, and the driver was rude and dismissive when we raised our concerns. The service did not match the description provided. Had we known the truth, we would have refrained from purchasing the tickets. It was a very disappointing experience.
