Ticket sellers are blatant scammers - I was told the bus would return to starting point (Trafalgar square in 2 hours) it was 3 hours so I missed my train - basically 3 hours driving in a small circle going past Big Ben & Tower of London again & again about 5 or 6 times - spent ages at bus stops & the commentary was out of kilter so it was pointing out things that you’d already passed - most exciting part was when the driver hit a road sign - absolutely avoid
I purchased tickets for the Hop-On Hop-Off service on 19 Dec 2025, based on claims of buses arriving every 15 minutes and service ending at 7pm. After a stop at a market, we waited over an hour without seeing a single bus, while others came and went. A staff member later informed us the actual frequency was 30 minutes and that the next bus would be the last, which contradicted the initial information. When the bus finally arrived around 5:15pm, the driver was rude and unhelpful. The service did not meet expectations, and had we known the truth, we wouldn't have purchased the tickets. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
We booked 48-hour tickets for a sightseeing tour, but none of the attractions were available for reservation, and access was blocked due to a parade. As foreigners, we should have been warned about the majority of sights being inaccessible during the parade, leaving us unable to use the service during our visit. We are seeking a full refund. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would.
This was the worst experience! They cut the service, claiming the streets were closed, but that wasn't true; other companies were still operating. We were not informed that the service would be limited when we purchased the tickets! The wait for the bus was longer than with any other service. The only entertainment on the bus was music, and the app provided no updates, making it completely useless.
This was the worst experience possible. The bus never showed up after we paid a significant amount. We waited a long time in the cold without confirmation of whether the bus was canceled. Customer service was also unhelpful; I called multiple times, and each time received the same response. I am currently awaiting a refund, hoping it comes through.
This is a complete fraud! The ticket stated departure from a specific location at 7 pm. When we called at 7:20 pm, we were told to go to another location at 7:30 pm, and we knew we wouldn't make it. We wasted a significant amount of money. They refuse to provide a refund. Do not book with this service; they are dishonest.

Never use this operator. You have to change buses multiple times for no valid reason. Other companies passed by several times before we saw one of theirs. They promised a bus every 20 minutes, but after 90 minutes, we were told to take the tube instead.
Warning: This company offers a fraudulent experience! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. We booked a travel package that included a visit to an area, but it turned out to be a scam. After arriving at a specified location and boarding the bus, we were informed that the service wasn't available for that route. We paid a lot for the tickets, wasting our time. The staff were unhelpful, leaving us stranded. We had to find our own way and effectively paid double. The route plan was misleading, and we were not informed about restrictions before purchasing. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
