Do not go with this company! We were told that their services starts at 9 am outside the Dilly hotel. We waited for 50 minutes before deciding to get the tube. We then waited at another bus stop later in the day for an hour and not one bus! No one answered when we called their ‘customer service’ number 23 times! When we requested a refund for the ‘service’ not provided they refused despite knowing we had not used our ticket. They offered another ticket but why would we go with them again having experienced such a disappointing day! Go with a more reputable company! Do not waste your money, time or energy on these!In their response to my google review I tried to reach out to them and my email was bounced back as the domain doesn’t exist!!!!! Avoid this ‘company’!!!!!!!!!!
