People are very friendly. Robin from George Mall was exceptional. As for the quality of the lens, definitely feel it is inferior. I went for the best option of multifocal range and they just cannot seem to get it right. Glasses were sent back to lab the first time due to "tension" damage on lenses. Now it is a constant back and forth to fit and adjust . I would not use them again.
