With my modest salary, I was attracted to their advertised deals, which seemed affordable. I confirmed with the representative about the special under R5000 including bifocals, and she assured me it did. After the eye test and selecting lenses, I was shocked to receive a quote of over R15000 for two pairs. I had just seen brand frames at a nearby store for R2000 and even found a pair of Ralph Lauren frames for R1900. The company's frames were not as appealing and nearly twice the price. When I inquired about bringing my own frames to reduce costs, the discount was minimal. I felt deceived; the advertised specials seemed like a ploy to bring customers in. I left paying R600 for the eye test and returned to my usual optometrists, who are much more budget-friendly and accommodating. It's clear I avoided a bad situation, especially with the concerning complaints about poor product quality from the company. My experience at this location was frustrating, and I will not recommend or return to the company.

I paid in full as expected and was promised delivery in 14 working days, but that didn't happen. When I called for updates, I was met with excuses and even laughter at my frustration. I will never use this company again and will not recommend it to anyone.
