During my first visit, I was unsure where to pick up my order unless I called ahead. They aren't very quick to respond to emails, but I received a reply the same business day. I got a response a few hours later, but missed it until I arrived at the location in the afternoon. My first visit was uncomfortable; however, my second was much better. The staff is friendly and eager to make up for previous experiences if you communicate your concerns. Unfortunately, I faced transit issues on a rainy day, but the staff attempted to assist me despite the challenges.
