I hope the owner recognizes that when individuals invest their life savings in metals and are met with silence, it understandably creates anxiety. With so much at stake, it's only natural for buyers to feel upset.

Update January 23rd, 2026: I received a friendly call where they addressed my concerns. This led me to change my rating from 1 to 4 stars, as they took my issue seriously and helped resolve it. I recommend them; they will communicate with you to find a solution. Initially, I purchased 10 oz of silver coins marked 'Fastship,' expected to be sent within 48 hours. After 72 hours without a confirmation email, I reached out and learned there was a 10-day waiting period for first orders.
