The friction came with the service rep. My question was simple: "Roughly when can I expect the coins?". After a long pause, I heard: "We don't know when that coin will be in." I just wanted a ballpark estimate. None was given. So after getting off the phone and my money safely in Toronto Gold Bullion's hands I was told to wait with no estimate when the shipment will arrive. It eventually did arrive 3 months later and it was as expected. The coins were good and properly secured. I'm not sure why the rep was so clueless. But they were. This was annoying at best and unprofessional and rude at worst. There are better ways to get your bullion elsewhere. Consider Goldmoney for safe deposit.
