I completed the Infinite Lagrange - Star Hunter offer through Freecash using the Torox offerwall. My lower-value milestones tracked automatically without any issue, which shows that the offer was tracking properly at first. However, the higher-value milestone did not track even though I completed it and submitted clear screenshots as proof.
I already contacted Torox support and received these ticket references: Ticket ID 1114221 and Ticket ID 1114523. I was told that my case had been forwarded to the advertiser for further review because of the high reward value, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution and a clear status update.
I also contacted Freecash, but they said they do not have administrative access to Torox’s internal ticket system and cannot speed up the process, which leaves users stuck between the platform and the offerwall partner. Since this offer was completed through Freecash and Torox is listed as a Freecash partner, I expect a fair manual review based on the evidence I submitted, not only on automatic tracking.
Please review this case fairly and provide a clear update on Ticket 1114221 / 1114523.
