I am extremely disappointed. My ticket #1106481 for Call of Dragons was approved on Saturday at 4 AM. I was told I’d get my reward in 24 hours. It’s been 5 days and I have received NOTHING. I sent screenshots of my profile (Lord Daaz) and multiple follow-up emails, but support is completely ignoring me. To make it worse, they sent me an automated email asking for a 5-star review for a reward I never got! This is a scam. Fix my ticket manually and send my points.

At first i already develop a Bit of Trust with Torox and i thought Torox is a honest and responsible Offerwalls, since i used their offerwall to downloaded one of their game offer from their selection list and has been rewarded completely in full for that one game without any problem or issue, i only thought at that moment if their Service and tracking system are the best, but now that trust eventhough it's might be a bit but it would be built over more time was fading due to there's a recent offer that i already played too and succeeded/manage to complete it requirement that's still included as a reasonable completion because i has fulfilled the offer requirement in time, and if not there's might be only one of my completion that wasn't finished in time but i also already explain the reason and why i'm got a bit late at completing that that's also with a reasonable reason behind it.
but my point is not because all of that but due to there's a behavior of them which i dislike very much and the explanation above is just something that i want to tell Detaily
So what's i dislike from their behavior is
Because when i tried to ask them about my reward progress by Messaging them through their Support Email after i already submitted my "apply for Missing reward" a quite long time ago before that, they didn't Reply at all though they said they will tell me the Updates and info after 15-30 days has passed and it has already been over 30 days for one of the offer to be updated with it's information and they supposedly reply me and tell me how is it going but they're really Lack of Communication and information that's Made me lost connection and also trust with them, because again they can't be contacted at all through anything and eventhough i keep persist to sent them message i got no response in the end and that's would make them lose their customer confidence even more over their responsibility.

So i hope after i write this long explanation and exhausting review message from the top to here
TOROX would see and reply to my previously sended Email message to them from asrielhopesdream {gmail}

I completed several offers for the game Infinite Lagrange through the offer wall. Most of them were

I completed several offers for the game Infinite Lagrange through the offer wall. Most of them were automatically tracked and paid correctly. Some low-value tasks (up to USD $6) were not tracked immediately, but after opening a support ticket, the tracking was corrected and payment was issued.

The problem starts with the higher-value offers.

Despite all of them being completed strictly according to the required criteria, these offers simply were “not tracked.” When I submit tickets, I receive only generic replies and template responses, with no real case analysis or requests for additional evidence.

This creates a very negative impression:
small tasks get resolved, but the higher-value ones are conveniently ignored.

This behavior raises serious concerns about the reliability of the tracking system and the platform’s transparency. If tracking works for cheap offers, it should work equally for higher-value ones.

At this point, the experience is frustrating and gives the clear impression of selective tracking, which completely undermines the credibility of the service.

I expect a proper review of the submitted tickets, with individual analysis of the provided evidence — not automated responses.

TOROX gave me my rewards for the first 3-4 tasks worth small amounts, but refused to pay any of the rest. TOROX keeps delaying payment and doesn't even respond to email contact.

There's literally 10 tasks TOROX refuses to not only pay, but also refuse to even respond to my email when I reach out to them. These even include TOROX tasks for in-game purchase is made using real money, which is extremely easy to prove because i sent them my google store email receipt showing order number and date - but TOROX refuses to pay a single one.

I have multiple screenshots proving my ticket claims, and I can also offer recordings of me playing the game, but TOROX doesn't pay, and doesn't even respond to email inquiries.

I want everyone to see this, because this is how TOROX treats you once they see you do tasks on the regular for them - forget about big reward offers, they start refusing to even pay out the $1-$2 tasks.

January 5 you reply to wait 15-30 days which I did and after 15 days you reply again to wait 5 business days which I did and today you reply again to wait another 15-30 days that is stalling abuse to users.

I can't wait anymore TOROX the advertiser is stalling with no budget so the responsibility goes to you TOROX so pay me ASAP.

After a long wait and several follow-ups, Torox finally credited my missing rewards for Infinite Lagrange – Star Hunter. The support team stayed responsive, escalated the issue to the advertiser, and eventually approved the rewards as a goodwill resolution. Although the process took longer than expected, I appreciate that they honored the claim and resolved it properly. Thanks to the support team for following through.

I've been doing TOROX offers for a while on the website Rewardy.io, and while there were some delays in past tasks, they paid up...until now. I am really disappointed how TOROX keeps delaying even multiple tasks of small value.

I have been doing tasks for the mobile game "Puzzle and Chaos", as well as the game "Top War: Battle Game". While the first few were rewarded, I currently have SEVEN (7) tasks not paid, and it's been a week.

I bought a weekly card for the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was a TOROX task worth 1,751 coins on Rewardy.io ($1.75 USD). MY TOROX ticket # is 10559. It's been a week and I still didn't get paid.

I also made my first in-game purchase top up in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was another TOROX task worth 1,751 coins ($1.75 USD) on the website Rewardy.io. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10560. Still not paid.

And when I brought my citadel to level 14 in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was a TOROX task worth 1,001 coins ($1.00 USD), I didn't get paid for this either. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10671.

Same thing for getting my citadel to level 15 in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was another TOROX task worth 1,251 coins ($1.25 USD) I never got paid for. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10720.

This continues even when I got my citadel to level 17 in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", another TOROX task worth 2,001 coins ($2.00) I don't have payment for either. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10875.

It's not just one game either.

I reached level 30 in the game "Top War: Battle Game" on January 21, 2026, meeting the TOROX task requirement "reach level 30 in 30 days" which was worth 1,072 coins ($1.07) . My TOROX ticket # for this claim is 10561. I still didn't get paid.

I also reached level 40 by now in the game "Top War: Battle Game", which was yet another TOROX task worth 2,322 coins ($2.32) . My TOROX ticket # for this is 10875. Still no payment.

This is seriously messed up. TOROX isn't even paying out tasks with small amounts anymore, and what's worse - I even MADE PURCHASES for these tasks. These should be the easiest to verify, considering I submitted numerous screenshots and google playstore email receipts.

TOROX tells us to file a claim if we didn't get paid in 24 hours, and that if we do, we'll get an answer in like 5 days. Well, the only answer I've been getting is constant delays, despite providing numerous screenshots and even email receipts and purchase numbers for the purchase tasks I did.

I really hope TOROX can help me out with this ASAP, because if it doesn't, I'll just keep posting all my tickets and TOROX's lack of response in every major review site I can find because this is ridiculous.
