I've been doing TOROX offers for a while on the website Rewardy.io, and while there were some delays in past tasks, they paid up...until now. I am really disappointed how TOROX keeps delaying even multiple tasks of small value.
I have been doing tasks for the mobile game "Puzzle and Chaos", as well as the game "Top War: Battle Game". While the first few were rewarded, I currently have SEVEN (7) tasks not paid, and it's been a week.
I bought a weekly card for the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was a TOROX task worth 1,751 coins on Rewardy.io ($1.75 USD). MY TOROX ticket # is 10559. It's been a week and I still didn't get paid.
I also made my first in-game purchase top up in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was another TOROX task worth 1,751 coins ($1.75 USD) on the website Rewardy.io. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10560. Still not paid.
And when I brought my citadel to level 14 in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was a TOROX task worth 1,001 coins ($1.00 USD), I didn't get paid for this either. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10671.
Same thing for getting my citadel to level 15 in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", which was another TOROX task worth 1,251 coins ($1.25 USD) I never got paid for. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10720.
This continues even when I got my citadel to level 17 in the game "Puzzle and Chaos", another TOROX task worth 2,001 coins ($2.00) I don't have payment for either. My TOROX ticket # for this task is 10875.
It's not just one game either.
I reached level 30 in the game "Top War: Battle Game" on January 21, 2026, meeting the TOROX task requirement "reach level 30 in 30 days" which was worth 1,072 coins ($1.07) . My TOROX ticket # for this claim is 10561. I still didn't get paid.
I also reached level 40 by now in the game "Top War: Battle Game", which was yet another TOROX task worth 2,322 coins ($2.32) . My TOROX ticket # for this is 10875. Still no payment.
This is seriously messed up. TOROX isn't even paying out tasks with small amounts anymore, and what's worse - I even MADE PURCHASES for these tasks. These should be the easiest to verify, considering I submitted numerous screenshots and google playstore email receipts.
TOROX tells us to file a claim if we didn't get paid in 24 hours, and that if we do, we'll get an answer in like 5 days. Well, the only answer I've been getting is constant delays, despite providing numerous screenshots and even email receipts and purchase numbers for the purchase tasks I did.
I really hope TOROX can help me out with this ASAP, because if it doesn't, I'll just keep posting all my tickets and TOROX's lack of response in every major review site I can find because this is ridiculous.
