At first i already develop a Bit of Trust with Torox and i thought Torox is a honest and responsible

At first i already develop a Bit of Trust with Torox and i thought Torox is a honest and responsible Offerwalls, since i used their offerwall to downloaded one of their game offer from their selection list and has been rewarded completely in full for that one game without any problem or issue, i only thought at that moment if their Service and tracking system are the best, but now that trust eventhough it's might be a bit but it would be built over more time was fading due to there's a recent offer that i already played too and succeeded/manage to complete it requirement that's still included as a reasonable completion because i has fulfilled the offer requirement in time, and if not there's might be only one of my completion that wasn't finished in time but i also already explain the reason and why i'm got a bit late at completing that that's also with a reasonable reason behind it.
but my point is not because all of that but due to there's a behavior of them which i dislike very much and the explanation above is just something that i want to tell Detaily
So what's i dislike from their behavior is
Because when i tried to ask them about my reward progress by Messaging them through their Support Email after i already submitted my "apply for Missing reward" a quite long time ago before that, they didn't Reply at all though they said they will tell me the Updates and info after 15-30 days has passed and it has already been over 30 days for one of the offer to be updated with it's information and they supposedly reply me and tell me how is it going but they're really Lack of Communication and information that's Made me lost connection and also trust with them, because again they can't be contacted at all through anything and eventhough i keep persist to sent them message i got no response in the end and that's would make them lose their customer confidence even more over their responsibility.

So i hope after i write this long explanation and exhausting review message from the top to here
TOROX would see and reply to my previously sended Email message to them from asrielhopesdream {gmail}
