I have been facing ongoing issues with the service regarding flooding, repair arrangements, and poor communication. Despite numerous requests for updates on repairs, I have received very little information, even as the legal tenant. Administrative matters have been poorly handled, adding unnecessary stress. While some staff have been courteous, the overall service has been inconsistent and frustrating. I have had to escalate matters through my MP and the Ombudsman to seek resolution. This has been ongoing for six months, highlighting the need for the company to improve communication and responsiveness.
