They buried me under paperwork filled with misleading information. After lengthy discussions, they acknowledged their incompetence but continued to fail in addressing the rising issues. I requested to be rehoused due to the unsafe environment, which has affected my family life. The mistreatment has persisted for years, and I recommend documenting all communications with the company for anyone in a similar situation.
