I bought and installed a 24,000 BTU single zone unit back in about July and the results have been great so far. it was to replace a window unit in our older home that struggled to keep things cool and kept the electricity bill really high. The first full month of using the TOSOT mini split our utility bill was a full hundred dollars a month cheaper and we stayed far more comfortable. It’s been about three months now and the bill stays consistently $100 less than what we were used to, this thing is great!
