Extremely dissatisfied with the service!bought a bed from this showroom,handpicked all the colors and customizations, received the bed in a different color, so ask to return it, they declined my request because they tell me can't return a bed bought from the store (a piece of information was never told) and they also told mel signed an order contract with these colors, though nowhere in my order contract does it mention the customizations I requested specifically. Moreover they tell me that the person in the showroom gave me incorrect information because the customizations requested are not even possible (which is to get a headboard with different color stitching). The worst part of this all is that the customer service said that it's my fault that I didn't get the sales person to specifically write the stiching color in the order contract! That's what get for trusting a sales person.
