If I could give Totaalbed zero stars, I would! worst experience of my life! I purchased the bed in the store made sure to tell the salesperson I need the accents in light oak, and white stitching! I literally pointed and stressed that, the bed is delivered dark oak and blue stitching, I called them to see my options they mentioned I can either 1. return the bed, since I have 90 days of test sleep or 2. replace the wrong parts! since replacing the parts would take 2 months to arrive, I chose to return the bed and I went ahead and purchased another one, after that ,they replied to tell me that I cannot return the bed since I purchased in-store and I have no right to return!!! so not only did they register my order incorrectly they also misinformed me now I’m out thousands of euros and left with a bed that wasn’t my choice!
