Warning: Untrustworthy Experience! I left the store feeling genuinely upset and disappointed. I entered unsure about what I needed and felt pressured into signing something I wasn’t ready for. I was even told I had 90 days to decide, so I believed I had time to think. Only an hour later, when I realized I still wasn’t comfortable, I attempted to cancel. That’s when they suddenly informed me I had to pay €150. This fee was not mentioned during the sale. It was hidden in small print, and the entire situation made me feel misled and scammed. There was no real guidance provided, just sales pressure. I felt rushed and disrespected as a customer. Purchasing a bed should feel comfortable and honest. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite, leaving a very negative impression. I sincerely hope others do not have to endure this. They do not respect the customer’s right to know the policy and disregard consumer rights. I will be discussing this with my legal advisor, but please be cautious before signing anything in this store and ensure they are truthful with you! I do not recommend it at all!!!!!!
