£75 was taken from my account on 02/01/25. I requested a refund within TotalAV’s stated money-back guarantee period.
Instead of confirming the refund, I received responses focused on retention and was asked to cancel the service without any clear written confirmation that a refund would be issued. I followed up asking for clarification and received no response.
At the time of writing, I’m still waiting for confirmation that the refund will be processed.
Based on this experience, I would personally avoid this company if there’s any chance you may need to rely on their refund policy.
