I have three security apps and total is the only app that will stop me from getting on the wrong apps they seem to be on their toes and ready to stop any kind of problems I run into no other security apps has done that since I've had them I do appreciate total and want to stay with them totally is a big help title

My Dad did not sign up for this and yet he has somehow paid £9.99? He has never heard of this company. I can only assume he has unknowingly clicked on a link and been scammed out of money. Absolutely shameful way to take money from vulnerable, elderly people. Beware all!

A year ago I joined up to total AV. But I cancelled when they took 2 separate amounts from my bank they returned one amount but never got the other. So I didn't wish to be a customer. Account closed.
But a few weeks ago they took a £129 from my bank without any authorisation from me.
I am still waiting for the refund. I am a pensioner on a low income and taking this money from my account has left me in severe hardship. I expected an apology from them for their error and a speedy return of my money. Got neither. So I can't leave favourable feedback unfortunately.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Thought I had signed up to 1 year at £29 and year 2 billed for £129!! They said they had sent an email to warn me but it was either not sent or went into my junk mail. Daylight robbery. Auto-renewal should be banned.

This is the second year using TotalAV for security purposes on my iMac and iPhone. Initially there were too many ad ons for extra services that I didn't really want. That was sorted quickly, refunds returned in a timely manner. Scanning is fast, results and any issues are listed easily to follow up. Overall I'm very happy with TotalAV providing security, service and affordability. Greg h.

I am very disappointed with their service. Last year, I reported that the rack and pinion was making a noise in the vehicle and when the agent reviewed it, he said we cannot repair it because it’s not broken. This year when it needed replacement, I was told that wear and tear is not covered under the policy. Only unexpected mechanical breakdowns are covered. So if you expectations are to replace items in your vehicle that breakdown over the years, this is not the policy.

£75 was taken from my account on 02/01/25. I requested a refund within TotalAV’s stated money-back guarantee period.
Instead of confirming the refund, I received responses focused on retention and was asked to cancel the service without any clear written confirmation that a refund would be issued. I followed up asking for clarification and received no response.
At the time of writing, I’m still waiting for confirmation that the refund will be processed.
Based on this experience, I would personally avoid this company if there’s any chance you may need to rely on their refund policy.

I signed up for this but immediately had problems with accessing links on news sites, they simply did not open. Once I uninstalled TotalAV they worked normally, consequently I cancelled my subscription {£19 offer)and have yet to even hear about my refund. Trying to contact them is a nightmare they ask for personal info over an insecure connection. I understand they have to confirm identity but it should not be to my disadvantage.
