TotalAV is voluntarily breaking their return policy within the contract and consistently ignoring my efforts to get ahold of them.
on top of that, i had previously removed myself from the auto renewal and some how ended up back subscribed again this year. something is suspicous there.
1/10 do not recommend. stay away. the product was also useless the whole time I used it. just fake numbers.. big ol scam
