Operationally the product works very well from all that I have seen so far. One point that is a nuisance relates to the software on my phone. When blocking access to a web site determined to be a threat, the "Back to Safety" button doesn't work. Getting back involves hitting the back key (<) several which doesn't always work. In that case terminating the session seems the only solution.
