TotalAV has taken money from my 83 year old Dad's account without his consent. I had a long online chat with a representative from the company who agreed to refund all money. This has never been received despite informing him it would reach his account within several days. This has caused my elderly father considerable distress. What company agrees to a refund then fails to deliver? Very disappointing.
Hoping company will follow up on promise of refund this time and not waste more of my time supporting my Dad with an issue that should have been resolved a month ago.
