DONT USE THIS COMPANYI had to Cancel my plan due to the service being unreliable.Tech support was no help.Requested a refund from Customer service.They said it would take 3 - 5 business days.10 days later no refund called again told 3 - 5 business days.Again 5 business days later no refund.Called again now refund will take 30 days blamed my credit card company.I was on autopay and they always took it immediately on the day.Verizon are terrible all customer and tech support is not based in the USA.THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
