I’m so unhappy I get lied too from the start then the mean lady lied the throw the hole process and the bill was supposed to be 80. And now it’s more I’m not happy I’m thinking about getting my money back and going else where
I resently lost my cellphone so I went to a total Verizon store to purchase a new cellphone with the same cell number but was told that they can't without my Gmail which is only in the lost device I was told that there's no other way to verify it's my account after I given them the address on the account , the passkey , the last four of my debit card that I pay my Bill every month and my identication they still refuse to transfer my number to a new device which I need to get in my two step verification Google account even refused me my account number they want do anything to recover my phone number I never seen anything like this in my life
One star is too much!!!!!! There’s always issues with service. Dropped calls or you can’t make calls while you are on WiFi. The payment date has now been changed, if your payment is due on. 10/19 if it’s not paid on 10/18 they cut your service off. Every month they take a day of service from you, eventually that adds up. They will eventually have taken 30 days of service from you. I have called them and they don’t give a shit. The customer service is the dumbest I have ever dealt with. They can never fix an issue. They tell you to use the app. However as I told them I cannot use my app/account because it will not work. I told them the ONLY time I can actually get into my account is when a payment is due!! This is not a lie. I told them this apparently it’s my fault according to them. They insinuated that I didn’t know how to use my phone. Or I was using too much data so it wouldn’t load. I have ran out of data many times and called again my fault even though I told them 95% of the time my phone is connected to Wi-Fi . They are thieves and frauds. They should be sued. They are very incompetent.
Worse company I've ever been with.I was playing for unlimited 5g service i was only getting 4G and two little signal bars.Where I live in the Northeast when I went to North Philadelphia i would get 5G service and full signal bars also in the Northeastand A lot of times when I went to make a call it would say no not connected to a network , even though my bill was paid i do not recommend them to you unless you live in north Philadelphia. I ended up with metro and I had no problems. I have gotten 5G service no matter where I go. Do not.Go with this company.You will just be wasting , you're modern
Totally Horrible Service!I wish I could give this service a zero stars.My account is on auto-pay, yet every single month it gets disconnected. When I call, customer service has no idea how to fix the problem or restore my service. I’ve spoken to them countless times, and nothing ever gets resolved.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not go with Total by Verizon — the service is absolutely terrible!
Totally horrible!!!!!! I haven't been able to even watch an ad lately!!!! Since they took over Total wireless the service has gone from a 10 to not even a 1, if I could give them a quarter of a star I would!!! Definitely do not go with Total by Verizon!!!! They are truly screwing their customers!!! I cannot emphasize this enough!!! I have talked to them many man times an they can never ever help you!!!
I was with total wireless for years. I loved it! Great customer service, short wait period, no problems with anything . I even added 3 lines had great service. A couple of months ago my mobile data stopped working . After several attempts to talk to someone and hours of waiting on hold, I get a service rep and after 3 hours on the phone with him my phone was working fine for a week or so and then no mobile data internet again and I have spent numerous hours on hold waiting on customer rep. 2 hours one day 3 hours one day gave up no one comes to talk to me. So I thought chat was worth a shot , it took me over an hour to speak wirh real person on chat . Didn't help me at all , I tried again few days later , guy told me he was reprogramming my phone told me a apn to put in and told me to turn it off for at least 10 minutes which I did and when I turned phone back on , my mobile data was working again. But next day when I'm trying to send a picture on message it wouldn't let me send or recieve and it was working just fine until he reprogrammed my phone. So I set my phone to default in message settings and the picture went thru but I had no mobile internet again. Needless to say I hate total by verizon. They are one sorry company . I even tried having them call me back and wouldn't you know it, I got the phone call back and was automatically put on hold for over 2 hours before I hung up . So after being a loyal customer of total wireless for years, I think its time to go back to straight talk!
