Preordered a lot of Obsidian Flames stuff a over a week before the launch. When checking up on the order on Thursday I was told there was a slight delay but they might be able to honour the order, and if not they will change the delivery to a weekend delivery so I would have it on Saturday instead. On Sunday I realised the cards were again not going to be coming on time despite them claiming to have them in stock since Friday, so I asked for a refund request which took 24 hours for them to honour. First and last time using this company for Pokemon cards, having a slight delay is one thing but not only has this apparently been a common issue with preordering pokemon sets through them, they seem to be unable to fulfill the orders even if they did get the stock when they expected as the orders are several days behind now. I wouldn't be so annoyed if they just told me they couldn't honour the order for Friday or Saturday or even Sunday so I could get a refund and order from someone else, but now I've instead been waiting for days for nothing with very little communication on the problem, where as it they were honest about the issue I probably could have just ordered the cards from somewhere else on Thursday and got them on launch as I wanted. Don't bother wasting your time with them, they are completely unreliable.
