Also Mystery slab is absolute rip off and scam 😂 for 50quid I got ACE 5 gold charizard from obsidian flames and mega evolution pack. That’s not even 50% value of what I paid 😂😂😂

Complete letdown with the mystery slab

The mystery slab feels like a total scam. For the price I paid, I received an ACE 5 gold Charizard from a certain series and a mega evolution pack, which is far less than half of what I spent.

Pre-order confusion

I don't want to be too harsh, but I think they should clarify on their website when a product is on back order. I didn’t see any indication of this when I made my purchase, believing I was buying the last item in stock. It was only after a month of waiting and contacting customer service that I learned the item was still on pre-order.

Pre-order not fulfilled

I placed a pre-order with this company years ago that went unfulfilled, and they didn’t even contact me about it. When I reached out, their responses were generic and unhelpful. I decided to give them another chance recently, but once again, I was left disappointed while other retailers had the product available. They seem to avoid accountability for negative feedback, which is frustrating.

Changing experience over the years

I used to order from here frequently over the past few years. However, since the surge in demand for certain products, I feel the service has become greedy, charging inflated prices. Initially, they were the cheapest with excellent customer service, but now, despite claiming free shipping, this isn't the case with new releases.

Outstanding customer service and product

I received my Mega Evolutions packs on release day without any issues. They even apologized for a delay in another item and were very accommodating when I requested to amend my order. Their customer service is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.
