After moving to a new area and changing schools, my child could no longer attend, so I contacted the company to cancel and request a refund for unused lessons.Despite our repeated attempts, they refused to refund for lessons not received, citing a strict no-refund policy. Payments were taken automatically before invoices were issued, and some amounts didn’t even match the invoices.We were also told by the company that we could cancel anytime if the child was leaving, which makes their refusal to refund even more confusing.The billing and refund practices are stressful and unfair, and I would advise parents to be very cautious before committing.
