My first time ordering on the website…

My first time ordering on the website but what a mess...I placed an order on Saturday, the order said it would be delivered in the next 2 hours in downtown LA. I got an email a couple of hours later saying that the order had been returned. I immediately called support, and they said the delivery drivers couldn't deliver the order. Packages can always be delivered 24/7, and I was at home the entire time to receive it as well. Besides, nobody called me sent me an email. The lady then said that they would deliver it on Sunday, and she specifically added in the notes that the delivery driver should leave the items with the door guy. On Sunday, I got 2 emails, the first one saying that the order had been returned again, and the second one saying that the order was delivered. I called them again, to see what was going on and they told me that everything had been delivered. I go and check today, and that order was never delivered, it wasn't logged either...I've now been on hold for the past 45 min with their support, trying to get connected to someone. How is it possible to have to waste so much time on having to follow for a single order and still don't have delivered?? At this cost, I would have simply gone to the store and not pay the delivery fee...
